The Impact of Cultural Differences on Resolving International Construction Disputes: Myth or Reality?

The inaugural Riyadh International Disputes Week 2024 will take place between 3rd and 7th March 2024. As part of the RIDW 2024, the IPBA International Constructions Projects (ICP) Committee(in collaboration with Al Tamimi & Company) is organising a session on Sunday, 3rd March from 12:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. (Please note the change in timing for our session from that stated in our last announcement.)  This will be followed by an event by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (also at Al Tamimi & Company’s office) and a joint networking reception thereafter.
